In recently, Zhonghao has developed a new type of equipment, which realises the production process of coil making, cutting, punching, mounting and fixing in the printing industry by using one machine, which greatly saves cost and time, and has a far-reaching impact on the traditional printing industry.

We often use coils in the printing industry, whether it's a wall calendar, desk calendar, book or photo album.The traditional production process is to use a coil machine to make the coils, then cut the coils to the right size, then punch the holes in the product, then mount the coils and fix them.  It takes all these tedious steps to make a product. This requires the use of 3-4 different machines to make the finished product and also requires additional labour costs.  But Zhonghao breaks this fixed pattern, we modify and assemble the machine, only one machine is needed to complete all the above items.
